Welcome to Hangout Hub! By downloading, accessing, or using the Hangout Hub app (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). 6. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content that you create, upload, or share through the App, including event information, photos, comments, and other materials (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Hangout Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content solely in connection with providing the services of the App.
You agree not to post any content that:
- Is offensive, harmful, or discriminatory.
- Violates the rights of any third party.
- Is false, misleading, or defamatory.
- Promotes illegal activities.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hangout Hub does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hangout Hub disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Hangout Hub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
12. Termination
Hangout Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time and for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and you agree to stop accessing or using the App.
